I Supposedly Planted Dark Knight Bulbs, But They Are Still Green. Do The Leaves Turn Dark At Maturity/blooming Time?

The plants are doing great, they are just not the dark brown color I was expecting

I'm not certain which bulb you mean, but maybe you are referring to Black Knight Canna. If this is the case, they will need full sun to obtain the dark coloration.
