I planted decorative sweet potato vines. Now I have large red potatoes. Do I store them for the winter or throw them away.

I don’t know how to post a picture. The vines were light green. Should I replant them and they would come back up in the spring?

Yes you can store those tubers in a frost-free, dry place during winter. Then after the danger of frost has passed in the spring, plant them outside for more sweet potato vine.
