Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWhite larvae with brown heads, have eaten roots and bulb of my onions that I planted last month.
The green shoots had turned yellow so I thought I would lift some to see what was going on, this is when I found the larvae.
I then noticed some of the early tomato plants near to them had wilted so lifted them to find they had no roots and larvae around them.
I am a bit confused to which infestation I have, onion fly, vine weevil or something else??
Do vine weevil likes onions?
Please can you advise me as I really don`t know.
