I Need Help With A Dying Norwegian Pine. Have No Way To Send You Images.

I have a norwegian pine that I put coffee ground on and it was near my air conditioner vent. It shrink up and is still mostly green. I moved it to a place where there is two windows. One faces west and the other south and is covered by a patio cover. What can I do to bring it back to life?

Unfortunately, without photos it will be very difficult to know the state of the tree, and if it can be saved.

Ultimately, the only thing that you can do is provide proper care in hopes that it recovers.
