Unfortunately, we have a five number zip code system, and I cannot look yours up with only four numbers.

In our area, now is a poor time to transplant anything during the heat of Summer. This may or may not be the case where you are located.

Typically, any transplanting will occur during the Spring or Autumn. Transplant shock can't really be cured, but you can help the plant along to recover a little faster.
