I Live Where Winters Are Quite Cold. Can I Place My Norfolk Island Pine Near A Heater Vent With A Grow Light On It?

My Norfolk island pine is getting really dry and starting to drop the tip of its branches. What can I do??

No, a heater vent will dry it out faster than anything. They need a lot of humidity, so add a pebble tray below your plant.

Some browning is normal at the bottom of the tree. If the browning is occurring higher up, check for over or underwatering, or needing more humidity. The soil should be allowed to dry out between waterings.
