Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI live in west Houston. Can I cover my hibiscus in the winter time so I can plant it or do I need to drag around a big one indoors every winter? Since they grow good size, I don’t know if I can move it inside and out each winter and summer.
