I just bought a Fairy Castle Catcus to go on my balcony, in the winter do I bring it inside for the warmth??

How often do I water this cactus? Sorry to sound so stupid but this is my first cactus and I don’t want it to die. Will it bloom and how fast does it grow?

You are in hardiness zone 7a so you will need to bring it inside during the winter. This cactus is only hardy in zones 10 and 11.
