I Have An Indoor 4 Ft Avocado Tree Grown From A Seed That Has Not Branched Out. What Can I Do. Is It To Late To Cut It Back?

I originally cut it back when it was 10 inches tall but it didn’t branch out then

Since it didn't work at 10 inches try it again. Go ahead and trim the central stem back about 6 inches and see if that helps.
