Tropical hibiscus

I have a tropical hibiscus. It sprouted new growth at the bottom of the plant. Should I cut these off or let them grow? I have it in a pot in the house.

You let them grow. Tropical hibiscus bloom on new growth, not the old – which is why it is advised to prune tropical hibiscus back by at least half in late winter or early spring.
