I have a rubber tree that is losing leaves

There are small bumps around the outer edges of the leaves. Kinda hard to see them cause they almost blend in. Wondering what I could do to get rid of it. The leaves turn brown and fall.

It sounds like either scale or mealybugs are affecting your plant. This can be treated with neem oil. Here are some articles that should help: [1]
