Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI had two plumerias and one was bitten by frost and started to lose its leaves. The frost did not hurt the other. The stalk seems to be getting softer, and I’m afraid I will lose it. Can I cut the stalk? Help.
