Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a new hibiscus plant that has tiny bugs or fungus. The infestation looks like tiny seeds are clinging to buds and leaves. I have sprayed it with Spectracide Immunox and Spectracide Triazicide and have cut off the infected areas. Nothing seems to help the infestation keeps coming back. Any ideas?

It is either aphids or scale. I personally like treating both these pests with neem oil. These articles will also help:
