I have 2 Bougainvillea. They were put under cover and wrapped during winter. They are not bare. The branches are green inside when

broken but nothing seems to be growing. What can I feed them to encourage growth?

They need to be fed with a balanced all purpose fertilizer at half the normal dosage. Here's an article to help:
