How to treat white clumps of powder on majestic palms

My 3 majestic palms all have clumps of white powder on them … it happened quickly, and is worse on one. They were outdoors on a hot but mostly sun-free deck for a few months and are now all inside.

This sounds like a Scale pest issue.
The plants should be treated with Neem Oil.
I would isolate the palm from other plants.
