How To Revive A Dragon’s Tongue

Mine dried out and I wonder if it is really dead and gone or if it can be revived.

There's no way to tell how much damage there may have been from drying out completely. You can trim it back all the way, keep the soil damp and place it in a sunny window or under a grow light for the winter. It may come back in the spring.
