You will need to cut it off where it is starting to curve and start a new one! Make sure there is at least one node on the cut off stalk (where a leaf meets the stem). You can root it in water or in soil. If you root it in soil, add about 1/2 perlite to the mix. Cover it with a plastic bag to increase humidity.
New shoots will grow on the original cut stem. Add a moss pole for it to adhere to for a straighter new stem.
