How to Plant Hyacinth Already in Bloom

I have a Hyacinth and primrose plant already in soil in a pot. How do I plant them outside?

You may want to wait until after blooming has finished. Then just find a suitable outdoor location to put them in. If they are in the same pot, you can simple split them up and replant separately. Be sure to water well after transplanting.
