Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI received a bird of paradise from a floral company with no root, but I want to add it to my garden. I’m unsure of how to get the root started, or should I remove seeds from my plant?

A bird of paradise can not be propagated from stem cuttings. Propagation of bird of paradise is done either from seed (it can take up to 10 years to flower if grown by seed) or by plant division.
