Sagos are at best slow growers – like 1′ in 8-10 years. That’s under optimum conditions. Less than optimum conditions – not enough sun, not enough drainage, too much cold, pH off – and growth is even slower. So the only way to have them grow taller is to give them what they need and be patient.
