How To Get Rid Of Infection On Hibiscus

We are on short trip and by the time we are home..our hibiscus is infected badly..please suggest

That is a severe scale infection! Unfortunately, a complete pruning will be the only thing to remove an infestation of this severity.

Once you prune the infestation away, you can treat with an insecticide. Here are some article that will help:
