How To Get Fruit From Arctic Raspberries..or Nagoonberries

I am growing Arctic Raspberries…or Nagoonberries. They are not producing much fruit at all. Do I need to cross pollinate these raspberries? What do I cross pollinate them with?? I live in Sitka, Alaska. These arctic raspberries grow wild in a few select locations. Thank you.
