Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have had a hydrangea bush for about three or four years and ever since I put it in it will not bloom. The first year I had it I cut it back in winter and that was a no no but haven’t done it since and nothing. I have put everything I can think to in the soil. I have read and added and tested the pH and I can’t get it to bloom.
