How To Fertilize Avocado Tree Of 12″ Diameter Trunk Four + Year Old Taller Than A House

have three avocado trees planted from seeds four + years old. One of them has a 12” O/D trunk and the rest are less than 9” trunk with same height. They have not born any fruit. If I were to fertilize them with 10, 10 10 or 20 20 20, at what distance and deep I have to drill a hole with auger of 1.5” and pour the fertilizer? Also how may holes around the trunk I have dig around these trees? Each tree was planted at distance of 8 to 10 apart. Now we are middle of November, is it the right time to fertilize them? Any help given to my niggly problem shall be highly appreciated. Thank you
