As long as the hydrogen peroxide is diluted, it should pose no harm. For fungal infections, you should do it once, then wait a week and do it again if it doesn't respond. Depending on the plant and type of fungal infection, there may be a need for a different treatment.

For bugs, you can spray the plant and the soil weekly till no more bugs.
