How Likely Do You Think It Would Be To Germinate 100+ Year Old Wheat Seeds?

I have some wheat from the 1906 crop year that my great-grandmother saved and passed down to me. I would like to know what the difference is between wheat grown a century ago and the wheat grown today. I have a small amount of seed and can’t afford to waste any of it. I would like to try to grow a crop, if possible, so that someone, perhaps a university lab, could analyze it.

You may want to enlist a university ag department's help in germinating the seed. There is a good chance it will grow. Here is more:
