How do I winterize my table garden?

I’m planting vegetables in table gardens this year due to a back injury. But when it gets cold again, what do I do for my perennials in the tables? Would it be the same care for a soil only table?

You may need to add some mulch and even wrap the table to provide the perennial roots more protection from the cold.
