How do I save my bananas?

I live in Oklahoma and have a outside banana tree with six layers of bananas thus far. Unfortunately, weather is getting cool and there isn’t enough time for them to ripen. Is there any way to save them? I have no idea what kind of tree it is but I know the bananas will be about six inches long and very sweet to eat.

Bananas will ripen off the tree. You can keep them there until the lest possible moment before the cold sets in and then pick them and place them in a paper bag. They should ripen in there.
