A shrimp plant will bloom for months and then will rest for a short time before blooming again. However, given the period of time that has elapsed, I recommend that you vigorously cut it back (by about half) to encourage new growth and blooms, keep the soil consistently moist (but not damp/soggy) and perhaps give it a dose of fertilizer as well.
