chili pepper seeds

How deep do you plant your chili pepper seeds in a pot to start growing? I have packet of chili pepper seeds and would like know how deep to plant them in my pot or pots for growing.

Not very deep at all. Place your seeds on the surface of the soil, then cover them over with a scant 3 millimeters of soil. You just want the seeds just below the surface.
