How Can You Tell What Kind of Rosemary Plant You Have

I was able to get a Rosemary herb plant and I don’t know what kind it is. All the tag says on it is Rosemary under the name. It also says Rosmarinus officinalis, and I don’t know what that means. Does it matter what rosemary plant helps with headaches?

Hum well there is one that grows straight up, I just got my hand on the one that
has a weeping growth. But rosemary is rosemary, you can use it in your hot bath, fill you tub and put a bunch of fresh cut rosemary.
it will ease your fatigue and pains.
Sniff I dont have a tub!! lol I tried this when I lived in an apart. and it was great
it was a bath foam with rosemary.
