How can I keep a squrrel out of my bird feeder?

I have a 28 inch metal squirrel-baffle. I have cut any nearby branches from a Crepe Myrtle tree. I moved a birdbath and relocated a nearby flowering bush. I have no idea how he is still getting into the bird feeder.
