Hops

How can I cut off shoots and replant them? Do I need anything or do I leave them in water for a week?

Leaving them in water for an entire week without changing or adding a hormone will end in fungal infections and death of the cutting. Hops cuttings tend to be a little finicky, but will be able to be taken just like most plants.
