Hollyhocks

I have what I think is a hollyhock, but it has never bloomed. I had it about 3 yrs. It’s huge, over 12 ft tall, beautiful soft foliage, but no blooms. Got any suggestions?

It may be lacking phosphorus. I would give the plants some phosphorus, like bone meal. If the foliage looks healthy but there are no blooms, phosphorus is normally the problem.
