Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have two holly bushes – one ‘male’ and one ‘female.’ One of the bushes was moved and relocated – still near the other one, but has since started to die. Question: can the healthy one survive without the other one?

Yes, it can survive without the other one. The purpose of the male and female plants is just to get berries.
