Holly bush

Help! Ive tried everything for my holly to no avail! Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my holly?

This looks live a severe case of Leaf Scorch.
Your Holly may not survive this severe a case.

Even if I continue to water it? I would think the new leaves would survive with the moisture. Do I have to wait till next spring tonbe sure?
