Holly Berries

Our holly berries were not eaten this year as they have been visited by a flock of birds each winter past. What will happen if berries are not eaten? Thanks

They will eventually drop off. Since they are poisonous, you may want to clip off the ones you can reach so unsuspecting pets or kids don't pick them up.
