You can spray the bulk of the whitefly infestation with water. Then follow up with an insecticide treatment; insecticidal soap or other. If it’s just one plant you can find a ready-to-use pre-mix like this to make it easy. Or if more plants you can order a concentrate and mix according to directions in a sprayer.
