help tomatoes are out of control

my tomatoes are staked but they are falling over which puts the leaves on the soil. what is the best thing to use to sturdy the plant without damaging it

It can be difficult to deal with tomato plants that outgrow their cages or stakes.
Many gardeners let the plants just fold down unto themselves.
