No, try full‑spectrum grow lights that mimic sunlight as the regular decorative LEDs do not provide the right wavelengths or intensity.

They should do fine with LED grow light strips or you can use regular LED lights if they are "daylight" or full spectrum lights. Leave the lights on about 14 hours a day. This article should help:
