Hello I Have A Marlock Eucalyptus It Is Fully Grown Now And Thereby Lies The Problem I Need To Prune To The Point Of Cutting Limbs

off plus i need to know how the roots pattern ie do they go deep or along the surface the tree is close to the adjacent fence theres no disturbance on my side, but my next door neighbor thinks its destroying her patio. theres seem to be some change in ground level adjacent to the tree i love the tree and would like to keep it Would appreciate some advice Thank you.

You may need to coppice the tree. Here is how:
