Healing a ficus plant

Once the plant is dropping leaves and you have decided it is because you moved it into a draft. I have moved it back where it was to start with. That being said how do I keep it from dying?

Is your ficus still losing leaves? And does it have any other symptoms? If it’s not recovering after it’s been away from the drafty location for a few weeks, look into watering and potential pest issues. Check the leaves for any visible insects or mites. Check the surface of the soil to make sure it’s not staying too wet/soggy, and to make sure it’s not getting very dry between waterings. If the leaves wilt but then perk up after you water, that means you are underwatering and should water more often. Hope this helps.

Just wanted to add that Ficus don’t like to be moved and will show their dissatisfaction by dropping leaves. It’s best to find them a home and leave them in that spot.
Also remember that a Ficus is a deciduous tree and they will drop leaves, daily and different times of year they will drop more.
