If you scroll down a little on this page then click on product label, it should be easier to read. It is a concentrate and needs to be mixed with water before using. If you need ready mixed, you could probably take this back.

Instructions for mixing below.

Mixing Instructions: Mix Garden Safe Brand Neem Oil Extract Concentrate at the rate of 2 Tbsp (1 oz) per gallon of water.
Thoroughly mix solution and spray all plant surfaces (including undersides of leaves) until completely wet.
