Hanging fuschia plant

The leaves on my new hanging fuschia plant are starting to turn yellow at the base. Am I overwatering? Or not watering enough?

Yellowing leaves are generally an indication of watering issues.

Water when the top inch or so of soil has dried out. Water throughly, but make sue the excess water drains away from the plant with adequate drainage holes.

Here is a great article that will help refresh you on the care requirements.
