Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comHello, I have seedlings growing from acorns I found in BC. They’re about 5 inches tall and in solo cups with holes at the bottom for excess water. At what point should I replant them in a bigger pot? I’d like to plant them outside eventually but probably won’t be able to for a few years…. I live in Edmonton, Alberta. Thanks!!

I would go ahead and move them into 2 quart pots now because the tap roots grow quickly.
If protected, they could probably be planted outside in the spring. I'd wait until you're sure the frost is over, since they are still tender. I think this article will help.
