Growing jack fruits

Question

Hallo everybody, I am growing jackfruits from seeds and planning to plant them soon in open field with proper irrigation. 20% of the plants are showing some signals of stress and I don’t understand what is it that is affecting them. Whater is abundant, soil is fertilized and contains minerals, pesticide and antifungus recencently spread. I attach some pictures to show what I am taking about. I am also growing mango beside the JF and they look partially affected as the JF, and also many papaya close to the JF but the papaya seems not to be affected at all by anything, they are growing very healthy. Instead the same can’t be said for the jackfruits. All plants are in a very warm climate 25-35 and receive a lot of sunlight. Thank you for any feedback in this regard. Cheers, Igor.

I would avoid water splashing onto the leaves.
Make sure the plants have some air circulation.
