Ground Cover

I am looking for a flowering ground cover that blooms in the spring and keeps blooming almost into the fall is there any
plant that is close to this

You can grow plants along the ground that are usually run up a trellis. Trailing nasturtium is an annual that fills in an area nicely and has edible leaves and flowers. Cardinal vine, even bougainvillea can be allowed to ramble along the ground. A climbing rose can be pegged to the ground and made to grow horizontally. The problem with all new groundcovers is the need for frequent weeding until the groundcover is dense enough to suppress weed germination.

Add trailing lantana to the list of possibilities. It is an annual north of zone 9, I believe.
