Great Growth On My Tomatoes, Lots Of Blooms, Little Fruit

I am in Central Texas and am growing my tomatoes in big tubs. The soil is a mix of garden soil, Miracle grow potting soil and a little sand. I grow great huge plants that have a few blooms but seldom have an actual tomato. What am I doing wrong?
