Grapevine in my garden, last I had grapes– very small, but they just rotted on the vine. What did I do wrong? Fed them

every 2 weeks and watered every 3 days; can you help? hi can you please help I have 3 grapevines but have small grapes on my vines but the leaves have been eaten by a mite I think. I had something like this last year and lost all my grapes from growing just rotted.
