garden pests

I have white milky wormy insects on some of my plants. I am putting a mixture of canola oil, dish soap and water on the infected plant. Should I spray all the plants in my gardens or only the infected ones?

While you should focus on those that are currently infested, nearby plants may also be treated to deter the pests from attacking them as well. Neem oil is also an effective pesticide and safe to use in the garden. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/problems/pests/neem-oil-uses.htm [1]
